Candidate should be innovative and creative. Responsible for producing Japanese dishes including live set up and preparation of all kinds of Sushi, within the limits of the established F&B policies and procedures and in coordination with the Executive-Chef. Responsible for the day to day smooth operation and complete satisfaction of guests using banqueting and catering facilities. Responsible for ensuring product consistency in quality, appearance and taste. Responsible for following the rules and regulations of health, safety and hygiene.
