Responsible for the creation of high quality dishes in his role as part of the kitchen team.  Assists in managing a day-to-day operation of the kitchen, co-ordinate food production schedules and ensure highest level of food quality, taste and presentation.  Complete daily food orders of South Indian Cuisine based upon scheduled banquet events and projected levels of business.
